Make sure you understand the law of selling, more so what the antitrust laws are and how you are affected by them. When buying or selling a business it is also important to be aware of the implications of patents. Learn the law of selling and how to protect your organization and yourself from legal problems connected with the business and your employment. This self-running procurement law training course is attended via the Internet. They require up to two or three continuous hours of attendance. Students are initially contacted by email with instructions on how to take the online purchasing law course for which they have registered. Students may attend the seller and buyer procurement law training course at any time during the day. This makes the procurement law class more convenient for students. All materials are included in the price of the course and will be available online while attending classes. This online purchasing law course is nonrefundable. Instructions for these courses are usually sent within a few days of registration. Normally, the Society likes to see these types of courses completed within a month of having sent out the instructions. If too much time elapses without this procurement law class being completed the student may have to register for it again.
